1. Who we are
WatchTower is operated by the WatchTower Project (“we”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. The service
WatchTower collects security and health information from servers you connect and shows it to you. It can run actions you switch on, such as restarting a service or blocking an address. You are responsible for the servers you connect and for the actions you enable.
3. Your account
You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for who you add as an owner or viewer of your account.
4. Acceptable use
Connect only servers you own or are authorised to manage. Do not attack, overload or reverse engineer the service, or use it to harm others.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed monthly, per server, in advance. Cancel any time. No refund for part months. Prices are in USD.
6. Your data
You own the data your servers send. We use it to provide the service. See the Privacy policy.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided as is, with no uptime guarantee during early access. We may change the service and these terms; we will tell you about material changes by email to the account owner and a notice on this site.
8. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We delete your account data within 30 days of closing. Backups are deleted within 90 days.
